ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT/CHAIN PRICING COORDINATOR (MIDDLETON, WI)

 

Frank Beer Distributors Inc. a Middleton based beer distributor is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Support/Chain Pricing Coordinator to work 7am to 4pm Monday - Friday.

 

The Administrative Support/Chain Pricing Coordinator fills four principal roles: product pricing organization and communication, payment processing and follow up, customer service, and administrative support.

 

The essential functions of the position are:

 

1. Communicate monthly pricing information to chain contacts via spreadsheets and web links, updating as needed.

2. Communicate new item information to chain contacts via spreadsheet and web links, monitor authorization status and communicate to sales staff as needed.

3. Communicate and update sales staff on chain pricing levels monthly. Communicate changes in a timely fashion.

4. Enter and apply payments from corporate customers, researching payment variances. Follow up with customers as needed.

5. Daily route settlement verification.

6. Update minimum sale quantities in sales devices based on chain pricing information

7. Tracking of chain display activity through communication with sales staff. Maintain spreadsheet data.

8. Customer service duties including answering customer questions, taking orders, researching payments, communicating information about their account.

9. Assist sales department as needed by answering questions, creating reports, researching information, contacting customer, etc.

10. Assist with reception duties including answering incoming calls and greeting customers

11. Perform related duties as assigned.

 

Necessary Knowledge:

 

Clerical -- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Computers and Electronics -- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and basic office equipment

Physical Demands:

 

The administrative support person will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. This position requires extensive work with fingers such as in typing, and will perform substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. It requires close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data; viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading. This position will also require some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time. The incumbent is located in a busy, open area office, faced with constant interruptions and must meet with others on a regular basis.
